VIP members receive cashback based on their weekly net losses. There are three tiers — Bronze: up to 0.3%, Silver: up to 0.7%, Gold: up to 1.0%. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

The following rules must always be followed when placing sports bets on linebet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only when a confirmation is received from the system. linebet reserves the right to review bets placed due to a technical error.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change after a bet is submitted. All bets are settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.

6.3 Match Cancellation and Postponement

If an event does not take place at the scheduled time or is abandoned before completion, the related bets will be declared void and the original stake will be refunded.

6.4 Multi Bet

All selections in a multi bet must win for a payout to be made. If any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

7.1 Game Results

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure
